Ownership of Design:
All of our projects, including commercial energy audits and commercial electric LED retrofits, come with a guarantee of performance and satisfaction.
- If we miscount fixtures during a commercial energy audit, we will absorb all associated costs without the request of a change order.
- If a design fails to meet projected energy savings, we will correct the problem without any cost to you.
- Since we adjust lighting controls for proper functionality during installation, If any lighting control fails to operate as intended, we’ll recommission it at no cost to you.
