Grants, Incentives, and Rebates
Whether you are a consumer buying an electric vehicle, or a business installing an EV Charger, grants and rebates are available on both federal and state levels. Below is information on State and Federal programs.
EVSE stands for “Electric Vehicle Service Equipment,” and the term includes electric vehicle charging stations. An EVSE rebate is frequently the same as a rebate for an electric vehicle charging station unless the rebate or tax credit program specifies rebates only for certain other items encompassed by EVSE (installation, for example).
Federal tax credits:

- Federal EV Tax Credits: To apply for a federal tax credit of up to 30% for installing electric-vehicle charging stations, you’ll need to submit IRS Form 8911 when you file your business taxes
PA State programs:
